De Vlaamse Fleur Pierets en de Nederlandse Julian Boom wilden hun liefde voor elkaar vieren door te trouwen in alle 22 landen waar destijds (2017) het homohuwelijk was toegestaan. Na vier uitbundige feesten sloeg het noodlot toe: Julian overleed plotseling. Acht jaar later houdt Fleur hun liefdevolle boodschap nog steeds levend.
